[mosh-devel] Mosh 1.3.0 release candidate 2 available for testing

Hi,
I have compiled and tested (and am using) 1.3.0-rc2 (a092b0f) on multiple
current OpenBSD 6.0 boxes connected via satellite and terrestrial links.
There appear to be no regressions from 1.2.6 (68f91a0).
